Is It Time to Replace Your Boiler?
If your boiler is over 10 to 15 years old, keeps breaking down, or your gas bills keep climbing, a replacement is often the smartest financial choice. Many homes across Teesside still run on older non-condensing boilers that waste a large share of the gas they burn. A modern A-rated condensing boiler turns far more of that gas into heat, which means lower bills and a warmer home.
Every home is different, so we never fit a one-size-fits-all boiler. Whether you live in a two-bedroom terrace in Middlesbrough or a larger family home in Guisborough or Stockton, we size the new boiler to your heating and hot water needs, recommend the right controls, and fit everything safely, tested thoroughly and left spotless.
Quick tip: signs your boiler needs replacing
Frequent breakdowns, rising gas bills, a yellow or orange flame, or parts that are no longer made are all signs it may be time for a new boiler. Call 07971 634609 for a free survey.
We will recommend the right type during your free survey. The main options are:
Combi Boilers
The most popular choice. A combi provides heating and hot water on demand straight from the mains, with no hot water cylinder or loft tank needed.
System Boilers
Great for homes with more than one bathroom. They work with a hot water cylinder but do not need a cold water tank in the loft.
Conventional Boilers
Also called regular or heat-only boilers. Ideal for older, larger homes that already have a traditional heating and hot water system with loft tanks.
Smart Controls & Thermostats
New boilers must be fitted with suitable time and temperature controls. We can also fit smart thermostats so you can control your heating from your phone.
